Built on a dream, a hope, and a wish, Que pasta was born. Coming from very humble beginnings some of the only good memories I have, come from food. Never having enough money to travel, the only time I would get to enjoy other parts of the world was through my taste buds; and with them I started a journey. And from Russian borscht to Peruvian steak frites I have found my happy place. Well two actually. And if you can trust me, after working in professional kitchens many years, far and wide; I’d like to show you my fusion.
